About us
Home improvement is our foundation.
Home Improvement Finance Partners, LLC (HIFP) is not your typical consumer finance company—because home improvement is in our DNA. Our story began in 2006, when the principals of our very first finance partner grew tired of their options in the consumer finance industry.
Although they were originating millions of dollars in loans a year, they had no ability to participate in the profitability of their portfolio. Worse yet, whenever credit markets tightened, their traditional lending sources disappeared. Their solution was to partner with experienced finance executives and operators to create a company that would put their home improvement businesses first: HIFP was built from this vision. Through the creation of HIFP, our home improvement partners captured for themselves a portion of the profitability of the finance portfolio that their businesses generated.
Let HIFP help you increase profitability by capturing an additional income stream from the sales you already create.
